Hi everyone! My name is Fide Candidate Master/ National Master Nathan Hinds. I have been coaching chess for over 10 years. I have experience coaching international and local students, who have made significant progress and won many medals and trophies. My students range from age 4-67 years old. I have a passion for teaching chess and helping my students to reach their full potential. Some of my accomplishments as a chess player are:
I use the A.S.A.P method with my students:
A- Analyse student’s games and provide feedback for improvement.
S- Solve chess puzzles. Students are given various tactics to develop strategy and tactics.
A- Abandon bad habits. From the analysis, weak areas are identified and plan to remove these bad habits are shared with students.
P- Practice, practice practice! I usually play practice games with my students, which we analyse at the end.
